VAIL, Colo., March 4, 2025—The Taste of Vail, one of the nation’s premier food and wine festivals set against Vail Valley’s iconic backdrop, returns for its 34th year from April 2-5, 2025. This celebrated event features daily signature experiences, wine seminars, exclusive dinners, and some of the best spring skiing in the country—making it a must-attend springtime tradition.
The Taste of Vail welcomes top winemakers from over 50 renowned wineries across the Northern Hemisphere, who will pour their best vintages alongside exquisite food pairings crafted by over 25 local Vail Valley premier chefs and national guest chefs. Each day, a signature Taste of Vail event will take center stage, followed by intimate wine dinners in the evening.
New this year, Taste of Vail introduces VIP experiences designed to elevate each signature event. VIP guests will enjoy exclusive wine tastings, private chef experiences with reserved seating, luxury gift bags, and more.Â

Debut of Rosé, Donovan Pavillion, Wednesday April 2, 3:00-6:00 pm: Sip just-released 2024 rosés and explore over 100 rosé varietals. This event highlights the diversity of rosé, from semi-sweet to bone-dry and sparkling styles, celebrating the vibrant Mediterranean-inspired lifestyle.
Opening Celebration Wine Dinner, Sonnenalp Hotel, Wednesday April 2, 6:00-8:00 pm: Enjoy an unforgettable evening of fine dining, expertly paired wines, and an exclusive menu crafted by Executive Chef Joshua Marshall alongside guest chefs James London, Melissa Perello, and Alex Seidel.

Après Tasting on the Streets of Vail presented by Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Co./Certified Angus Beef, Thursday April 3, 3:00-6:00 pm: Experience an open-air culinary celebration like no other where premier chef tasting, wineries, breweries, and distilleries line the streets of Vail. Chefs will compete for the coveted People’s Choice award as guests sample and vote for their favorites.
Mountain Top Tasting, Eagles Nest, Atop Eagle Bahn Gondola, Friday, April 4, 12:00-2:30 pm:Â Held at 10,350 feet above sea level, this extraordinary tasting event pairs gourmet cuisine with top-tier wines, spirits, and breathtaking mountain views. Snow or shine, this crowd favorite is not to be missed.
2025 Grand Tasting, The Hythe, Saturday, April 5, 5:00-8:00 pm: The Grand Tasting is the culmination of the four-day event, with Vail chefs showcasing their most creative fare alongside wineries from across the country serving their best and most current vintages.
Wine Dinners and Seminars
Accompanying these events are seminars hosted by celebrated experts in the wine industry, wine dinners and additional special wine dinners which will be announced in the coming weeks.Â
Taste of Vail has partnered with Habitat for Humanity, helping local families achieve strength and stability through shelter. Attendees will have the opportunity to contribute through optional donations when purchasing festival tickets.
